Tools & Packages
I develop open-source software tools and R packages to support reproducible research and enable other researchers to apply advanced methods. These include simulation frameworks like R6Sim for building encapsulated simulation models, the OPTIC package for comparing causal inference methods with longitudinal data, and visualization tools for communicating policy timelines. I also contribute to collaborative software development for large-scale modeling projects. Making methods accessible through well-documented software is essential for advancing reproducible science and translating research methods into practice.
